- Payment is in Euro.
- Transfers from countries belonging to the SEPA region should be made by bank transfer.
- After registering via ConfTool, you will receive an email containing the link to the Salzburg University’s Administration & Payment System. Please note that registration is only considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.

Beginning July 1, 2025, you will be able to make payments for registration and the Conference Dinner, as well as register for the complimentary Welcome Reception.
The British or Austrian flag is displayed in the top right corner. When the Austrian flag is clicked, the individual tabs are shown in German. When the British flag is clicked, the individual tabs are shown in English.
1. Via bank transfer (wire transfer)
According to EU regulations, no additional fees should be charged for bank transfers within the SEPA region. If possible, please use bank transfer. This supports the conference budget, as the organizers must cover credit card fees – so payments via bank transfer from participants in SEPA countries are especially appreciated.

2. Via credit card (using a secure online payment service)
People who pay the fee from a country that is not part of the SEPA region should pay by credit card. Accepted electronic payment methods are Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay. Please note: PayPal and American Express are not accepted.
3. Pay-by-Bank
The prerequisite for this payment method is a standard online banking setup with the customer’s own bank. Pay-by-Bank is available to customers whose online banking is held in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.
