• Payment is in Euro.
• After registering via ConfTool, you will receive an email containing the link to the Salzburg University’s Administration & Payment System. Please note that registration is only considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.

Salzburg University’s Administration & Payment System

Beginning July 1, 2025, you will be able to make payments for registration and the Conference Dinner, as well as register for the complimentary Welcome Reception.

The British or Austrian flag is displayed in the top right corner. When the Austrian flag is clicked, the individual tabs are shown in German. When the British flag is clicked, the individual tabs are shown in English.

1. Credit card (using a secure online payment service)

If possible, please use payment via credit card. Accepted electronic payment options are Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay. Please note that PayPal and American Express are NOT accepted.

2. Pay-by-Bank

The prerequisite for this payment method is a standard online banking setup with the customer’s own bank. Pay-by-Bank is available to customers whose online banking is held in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.
